From Wycheproof the country boy wandered onto Yarra Park for his first training session and inadvertently started traing with a group of Melbourne players. But he soon found his feet and played in the Tiger flag sides of 1973, 1974 and 1980. A half-back and back pocket in his early days he later played plenty of football on the ball. After his League days are over he coached in Adelaide. | | |
