A highly talented small man who sufferedthe bitter disappointment
of injuting himself early in 2001 and having to undergo a knee
reconstruction which put him out of Richmond's advance to the
finals. From the time he had arrived from Geelong Falcons, after
originally hailing from North Geelong, he showed the ability to
scout up forward and pick up goals. Heprogressed quicker than
expected in his first season, but the effort took its toll as he
required shin surgery at the completion of his first year. In a terrible
piece of bad luck he re-injured his knee in the opening pre-season
game of 2002 and was put out for another year. He eventually
returned in mid-2003 and made three appearances, but could not
retain his place. He was de-listed at the end of the year then
Richmond re-included him as a rookie.
